Why Therapy? The simple answer is that you have chosen to prioritize yourself. When you sit in the driver’s seat, you accept a few truths; you are embarking on a journey that will be difficult, and forgiveness is a realization that you cannot change the past. Imagine yourself being free of self-defeating beliefs and behaviors and living fully in the present. Let Tameka support you in your journey. You can recover from past hurts that interfere with your success, independence, and joy in life.
